Electrical Projects Investments (Pty) Ltd was established in 1996 as a fully-fledged electrical company servicing the South African building industry. Over the past 21 years we have earned a reputation as a company that delivers quality projects on time, cost-effectively and profitably. As a financially stable, self-funded entity, that is spearheaded by a dedicated team of industry professionals, we bring excellence to every project we participate in, proudly contributing to its successful completion.

Electrical Projects is a privately, 100% black-owned, medium-sized enterprise, with a Level 1 B-BBEE rating, a 8 EBPE (Electrical Engineering Works – Building), and an 8 EPPE (Electrical Engineering Works – Infrastructure) grading from the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).

Our headquarters are in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Electrical Projects is a member of the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) and the National Bargaining Council for the Electrical Industry (NBCEI). In addition, our health and safety officer is registered with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP).
